Scrip Exchange is a group of Vendors that work for Rowena's House of Splendors, they allow you to exchange scrips for various items and gear. The scrip exchange vendors in Mor Dhona and Idyllshire are the only vendors that exchange the obsolete blue scrips for red scrips. The vendor in Mor Dhona is the only vendor that does not accept yellow scrips.
