“A waypoint on the road to Castrum Oriens, this structure - thought to be renamed during Nael van Darnus's temporary command of the XIVth Legion - mainly served as a guardhouse for imperial troops. Upon the defeat of the Empire's forces at Baelsar's Wall, the castellum was quickly abandoned by its occupants in anticipation of a committed Alliance advance.
