Increases damage dealt when under an effect that raises critical hit rate.
Effect cannot be applied to damage over time.

Life Surge is an action unlocked at level 6. It is available for Lancer / Dragoon.

Full Thrust / 
Heavens' Thrust (the strongest weaponskill available for Dragoon), followed by the fifth action in a "combo" sequence (i.e., 
Fang and Claw if it follows 
Wheeling Thrust, or vice versa). In a multitarget situation (3 or more targets), it should be used to enhance 
Coerthan Torment.
