Titus yae Galvus was the one of two heirs to Solus Galvus, the former Emperor of the Garlean Empire and uncle to Varis zos Galvus. Following the death of Solus, an heir was not named for the throne, leaving a power vacuum and a struggle of succession. During this turmoil, the two rose against each other in a bid for the throne. In the end, Varis won, resulting in Titus being ousted.

As of the quest A Way Forward in Endwalker, Titus was still alive, having attempted to orchestrate a coup d'etat with Nerva. Following Nerva's death, Titus' current condition is unconfirmed.
