Goring Blade is an action unlocked by questing at level 54. It is available for Paladin.

Patch 6.3 (2023-01-10):
- Now delivers an attack with a potency of 700.
- The combo and damage-over-time effects were removed.
- This weaponskill does not share a recast timer with any other actions.
- Recast time was increased from 2.5 to 60 seconds.
Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
- Combo potency was changed from 390 to 250.
- Potency for damage over time was changed from 85 to 65.
- Added "Damage over time effect cannot be stacked with that of Blade of Valor".
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
- Combo potency was increased from 250 to 390.
- Damage over time potency was increased from 60 to 85.
Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20):
- Combo potency was increased from 240 to 250.
- Damage over time potency was increased from 50 to 60.
- Damage over time duration was reduced from 24 to 21 seconds.
Patch 3.2 (2016-02-23):
- Potency when used as a combo action was increased from 220 to 240.
