Bloodspiller (PvP)
“Delivers an attack with a potency of 6,000.
Potency increases up to 12,000 as HP decreases, reaching its maximum value when HP falls below 25%
Can only be executed while under the effect of Blackblood.

Bloodspiller (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Dark Knight.

- Base potency has been increased from 4,000 to 6,000.
