History
Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
- Changed category from ability to spell.
- Now acquired at level 74 (previously level 56).
- Radius has been increased from 0 to 5 yalms.
- Recast time has been decreased from 50 to 2.5 seconds.
- The effect "Deals unaspected damage with a potency of 150" has been changed to "Deals unaspected damage with a potency of 120 to target and all enemies nearby it."
- The additional effect "Afflicts target with Bio III and Miasma III" has been removed.
- Action icon has been updated.
Patch 5.3 (2020-08-11): Potency has been reduced from 300 to 150.- Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):
- Now deals unaspected damage with a potency of 300.
- The additional effect of Ruination has been removed.
- Patch 5.05 (2019-07-29): The delay before the detrimental status is applied has been reduced.

- Ruination effect now also increases the potency of Outburst.
