History

• Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12): Removed.
• Patch 5.3 (2020-08-11): The additional effect "Lengthens weaponskill cast time and recast time as well as spell cast time and recast time of target by 10%" has been changed to "Reduces target's damage dealt and healing potency by 10%."
• Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):
  • Now applies direct damage to target.
  • Damage over time effect has been removed.
