Neutral Sect (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 1. It is available for Astrologian.

Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12): Removed.
Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):
- The effect has been changed from "Allows spells to be cast immediately" to "Reduces spell cast time and recast time by 10%."
- Effect duration has been increased from 10 to 15 seconds.
- Recast time has been increased from 45 to 60 seconds.
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): Added.
