Tips
Synastry, in raiding, will best be utilized by putting the effect on the off-tank, to keep the focus on the main-tank. This will allow health to flow to both, keeping heavy healing on the player recieving heavy damage, and lighter healing on the player recieving the lighter damage.
In a dungeon, Synastry will lose a bit of effectiveness, that isn't to say it's not helpful, it can be placed on a DPS who might be taking a bit more damage than they should be, allowing you to, again, split healing while still keeping focus on a tank.
