Cartridge Charge II (Lv. 88) - Increases Powder Gauge capacity to 3 Cartridges.
Enhanced Bloodfest (Lv. 100) - Grants the effect of Ready to Reign after executing Bloodfest.

- Before learning Cartridge Charge II at Lv. 88, this ability will add 2 Cartridges to the Powder Gauge.
