Custom Deliveries for Zhloe Aliapoh were introduced in patch 3.55a.

Crafting materials may be purchased from the Scrap Salvager in Idyllshire (x5.9, y7.3) Upon reaching maximum satisfaction level, the player is able to glamour Zhloe's outfit.
Rewards
Completing deliveries will give the player 
Purple Crafters' Scripss or 
Purple Gatherers' Scripss along with 
Experience. However if the class used for the delivery is level 100, no Experience is rewarded, but the player will receive Purple Crafters' Scripss or Purple Gatherers' Scripss.

Duskfall Moss
Zhloe Aliapoh: This moss is an indispensable ingredient in the brewing of dusken draught, which, as we all know, is itself indispensable in...actually, I'm not quite sure. What I am sure about is that the Maelstrom's supplier is willing to pay a premium for it!
Red Sky Coral
Zhloe Aliapoh: Another key ingredient of dusken draught, red coral is said to be in short supply around La Noscea of late. Fortunately for us, there's plenty to be found high in the skies!
