Steps

• Speak with Alisaie at the Exarch gate.
• Use heat lures to draw out vampire bats and slay them for their fangs.
  Note: Though only three are required more than three locations are specified as different locations spawn different numbers of bats.
  The following spots will each spawn 3 bats: Northmost spot (x:37.7, y: 21.6) and two southmost spots (x: 33.5, y: 35.6) and (x: 25.0, y: 35.5)
• Deliver bat fangs to Ryne.
• Go to the lookout in the Crystarium.
• Speak with the Crystal Exarch.
