Allagan Tomestones of Creation were discontinued in Patch 4.4. They could be exchanged for Allagan Tomestone of Mendacity until Patch 5.0 with the launch of Shadowbringers.

• Speak with Enna in Rhalgr's Reach (x13.8,y11.6) to exchange tomestones of creation for gear.
• Speak with E'bolaff in Rhalgr's Reach (x13.6,y12.2) to enhance gear received in exchange for tomestones of creation.
