Gerbald the Red was the leader of the famous band of mercenaries known as the Darklight Raiders. They became famous for taking on exceedingly dangerous missions to clear out the caves of various monsters. The group met their end upon taking a mission into Cutter's Cry where they were tasked with defeating the Chimera inside. However, the beast proved to be too much, and it killed almost everyone in the party.
