Collective Unconscious is an action unlocked by questing at level 58. It is available for Astrologian.
Notes
- This action must be "channeled" to achieve the full duration of its damage reduction, which is best used when no enemies are targetable. In other situations, it can be briefly "flashed" in anticipation of a strong party-wide attack, which will give everyone in range the damage reduction effect that lasts for around 3 seconds. Doing so will not delay the global cooldown in contrast to channeling.
- The Wheel of Fortune regen lasts even after this ability has stopped channeling.
