Personal Housing

Personal Housing allows individual players to purchase their own houses in the 3 Residential Districts.
- Personal Housing was introduced in patch 2.38.
Requirements
- Character with level 50 in 1 of the classes.
- Second Lieutenant in 1 of the Grand Companies.
- Each character that met the requirements can purchase 1 unowned plot of any size, within any Ward.
Plot Prices
The following is a list of starting prices for each World. Plot prices will devaluate once every 6 hours (Earth time), with the original price falling to half after a period of 30 days. Starting from Tuesday, 9/16/2014.
