Is a Grand Company rank in which to apply for promotion you need to first get to Second Serpent Lieutenant followed by having your squadron reach level 40 and apply to run "Flagged Mission: Crystal Recovery" (Required Attributes of 315 Str, 325 Mnd, and 340 Tac. Once completed you can apply for a promotion via your Grand Company Personnel Officer.
