Whether sprint is affected by buffs/debuffs such as sprint, heavy, etc. is unknown. Maximum Speed is considered the most important stat to prioritise on your chocobo due to it affecting how swiftly a race can be completed. Despite this experimentation is recommended as a race chocobo's pedigree attributes and abilities have affect on which stats you should focus on.
