Again, use physical attacks. When the Hot Hips spawn, they will all cast a Gaze attack that will stun you, leaving you vulnerable to a Bad Breath attack. To avoid this gaze attack, cast an Ink Jet at Reflective Rebekkah which will cause its reflect attribute to blind you, making you invulnerable to gaze-based attacks. Be sure to cleanse this off with Exuviation once the Hot Hips complete their attack since your own attacks may miss.
At ~75% or whenever she casts Schizocarps, you can Final Sting Combo to quickly win. Off-guard + Bristle + Moon Flute + Final Sting.
