Unktehi is a Rank A Elite Mark found in Lower La Noscea. Killing the Elite Mark will grant the player up to 40 Allied Seals and 30 Allagan Tomestones of Soldiery. Player will also have a chance of obtaining a Blood-spattered Mark Log.

Description
Long have the superstitious coasters along Moraby Bay corrected their children with tales of Unktehi, the sea-dwelling eater of man-flesh.
