Ursulie the Meek

Ursulie the Meek was a legendary armorsmith in Ishgard who crafted the Dragonlancer's Armor. While her technique was unusual, it produced incredible results. The clergy however did not approve of her designs and disregarded them. Following this, she chose to leave Ishgard permanently.
