Freeze (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Black Mage.

History

• Patch 6.11a (2022-05-23):
  • Cast time has been reduced from 1.92 to 1.44 seconds.
  • Damage dealt to primary target has been increased from 8,000 to 12,000.
• Patch 6.11 (2022-04-25): Potency has been increased from 6,000 to 8,000.
• Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
  • Potency has been increased from 1,200 to 6,000.
  • The additional effect "Restores 2,000 MP for each enemy hit" has been removed.
  • The additional effect "Grants Umbral Ice" has been removed.
  • The additional effect "Afflicts target with a stack of Umbral Freeze, up to a maximum of 3" has been added.
  • Effect cannot be stacked with Astral Warmth.
  • Can now only be executed while under the effect of Umbral Ice III.
  • Umbral Ice III now expires on execution.
  • Can no longer be assigned to a hotbar.
• Patch 5.3 (2020-08-11): Reduction to spell cast and recast times from Umbral Ice has been changed from 10% to 20%.
• Patch 5.2 (2020-02-18): Potency has been increased from 800 to 1,200.

  • Potency has been reduced from 1,600 to 800.
  • Requirement of Umbral Blizzard has been removed.

  • The requirement for execution has been changed from "Can only be cast while under the effect of Umbral Ice and Polyglot" to "Can only be cast while under the effect of Umbral Ice."
  • Polyglot no longer ends upon use.
