• Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02): The effects of this action have been completely revamped.
• Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
  • Now grants 3 stacks of Delirium, each stack allowing the execution of Quietus or Bloodspiller without Blackblood cost, restoring MP when landing either weaponskill.
  • Duration has been increased from 10 to 15 seconds.
  • Recast time has been decreased from 90 to 60 seconds.
• Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
  • Now acquired at level 68 (previously level 62).
  • Recast time has been increased from 80 to 90 seconds.
  • Blood Gauge cost has been removed.
• Patch 4.2 (2018-01-30): Recast time has been reduced from 120 to 80 seconds.
• Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20):
  • Now acquired at level 62 (previously 50).
  • Now an ability on a 120 second cooldown and no longer deals damage.
