Dialogue

Accepting the Quest

Humble Shaman: Tell me, do you believe in the power of prayer?
< What will you say? >
< Why yes, I do. >
< I beg your pardon? >
< Why yes, I do. >
Humble Shaman: Would you do me the honor of joining me in a small prayer for good fortune?
< I beg your pardon? >
Humble Shaman: I intend to pray to the gods for good fortune. I would be most honored if you joined me.
(Both)
Humble Shaman: We require two offerings to ensure our words reach to the heavens─a tear of Yx'Lokwa, and the heart of a djinn.
Humble Shaman: But your prayers are between you and the gods alone. As such, I cannot help you in preparing these offerings.
Humble Shaman: I will await your return. May the blessings of the wood keep you safe.
(Optional)
Humble Shaman: Procure a tear of Yx'Lokwa and the heart of a djinn, and we may deliver your prayers unto the heavens.

Delivering the tear of Yx'Lokwa and core of the djinn to the humble shaman

Humble Shaman: You have prepared your offerings, then?
<Hand Over Djinn Core and Tear of Yx'Lokwa>
Humble Shaman: Very good.
Humble Shaman: Now, we take the tears in hand, like so. We then use the heart of the djinn to summon a breeze to carry the tears─and our prayers─into the firmament.
Humble Shaman: Even now I can feel the gods' protection.
(If completed Qitana Raval)
Humble Shaman: I suspect you will have need of it in the days ahead.
(If not completed Qitana Raval)
Humble Shaman: I suspect you will have need of it in the Qitana Raval.
(Both)
Humble Shaman: This too may prove useful in your travels. Until we meet again.
