Eline Roaille, also known as Eline the Razor, is a female Elezen Quest NPC introduced in Patch 2.0. As Flame Marshal, she is the second-in-command to Flame General Aldynn. Eline grew up as a lowborn in the Brume of Ishgard.

Eline is revealed to be a Garlean spy known as "The Ivy" who has been selling information to the Empire since the beginning of her time with the Immortal Flames. Further investigation uncovered her role as a triple agent: she sold intel not only to Garlemald, but also the Monetarists of Ul'dah and the heretics belonging to the Dravanian Horde.
