Lore
“General Ran'jit's familiar, Gukumatz, was a creature born of forbidden foreign magicks passed down from general to general. Such entities are sustained by their master's aether, and thus usually perish alongside them—but it would appear there are exceptions. Ran'jit's father commanded a servant known as Huracan, yet when the man was slain by a sin eater, the familiar somehow survived, and has since been seen on several occasions roaming the countryside alone.
