Starcrier is a Rank A Elite Mark found in Yak T'el.
Killing the Elite Mark will reward the player up to 
40 Sacks of Nuts, 
30 Allagan Tomestones of Poetics, 
20 Allagan Tomestones of Aesthetics and 
10 Allagan Tomestones of Heliometry. Players will also have a chance of obtaining 1 
Cracked Novacluster, 1 
Cracked Prismaticluster or both.

Vulnerability Up. Players should move away from Starcrier. - Stormwall Winds is an untelegraphed donut AoE around Starcrier applying a Vulnerability Up. Players should move toward Starcrier.
- Dirge of the Lost afflicts targets with Temporary Misdirection, making it challenging to run in the correct direction for the above mechanics.
- Aero IV is an unavoidable large AoE taking advantage of any Vulnerability Up stacks.
- Swiftwind Serenade is an untelegraphed frontal line AoE aimed at a random target applying a Vulnerability Up. Move to flank or rear.
