The Fields of Glory (Shatter) rules changed.- The Borderland Ruins (Secure) temporarily closed.
Miscellaneous
- PvP Series 3 will end with the launch of 6.4
- New Allagan Tomestone currency:
Allagan Tomestones of Comedy
Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy are now deprecated and can be exchanged for 
Allagan Tomestones of Causality for a limited time.- Allagan Tomestones of Causality are no longer limited to 450 per week.
Allagan Tomestones of Aphorism have been removed.
