The Anemos Weapons are the level 70 Relic Weapons for Stormblood. Released in patch 4.25, players do not need to complete the level 50 Relic Weapon/Zodiac Weapon quest chains nor the level 60 Anima Weapon quest chain to unlock the Anemos Weapons. Compared to the Relic/Zodiac/Anima Weapons, the Anemos Weapons/Gear are a bit different. The main difference is that along with the Anemos Weapons, there is also Anemos Armor (ie: Head, Body, Hands, Legs, and Feet pieces). Another key difference is that they aren't unlocked through normal quests like the previous types of relic weapons.
In order to acquire the Anemos Weapons and Gear, players must first complete the level 70 job quest for their class and acquire their Antiquated Gear. Second, players must have access to The Forbidden Land, Eureka.
Once these two requirements are completed, the real work can be started. Upon entering Eureka and acquiring a Magia Board, players will be able to speak to Gerolt in order to upgrade their Antiquated Gear. However, in order for Gerolt to upgrade their gear, players will require certain materials that can only be found in Eureka (namely, Protean Crystals, Anemos Crystals, and Pazuzu's Feathers). The following chart shows the required materials for each upgrade:
