Kydonia Knolls is a landmark in Northern Mare Lamentorum, Mare Lamentorum.
Additional Information
The name, shape and orientation of the face is a reference to the Cydonia rock formation on Mars. This formation gained widespread attention when it resembled a human face in photographs taken by the Viking 1 probe in 1976.
