Meikyo Shisui (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Samurai.

History

• Patch 7.11 (2024-11-26): Effect duration has been reduced from 4 to 3 seconds.
• Patch 7.1 (2024-11-12):
  • No longer grants Midare.
  • Meikyo Shisui now additionally prevents knockback and draw-in effects.
  • Meikyo Shisui duration has been increased from 3 to 4 seconds.
  • The additional effect "Grants Tendo Setsugekka Ready" has been added with a duration of 10 seconds.
  • This action now changes to Tendo Setsugekka upon execution instead of Midare Setsugekka.
• Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
  • Re-added with reworked effects.
  • Recast time has been increased from 15 to 20 seconds.
  • No longer a charged action.
  • Effect now grants Meikyo Shisui and Midare.
  • Action now changes to Midare Setsugekka while under the effect of Midare.
